Carnival Triumph

Sail Date: February 27, 2016

Reviewed: 9 months ago

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

The cruise was a little rocky on the waves, but the ship was great.  The balcony stateroom was excellent, and the only reason I'm not rating the cruise as "Excellent" was because of the balcony passengers on either side of me...one was a rowdy group of spring breakers, and the other side was inhabited by a loud talking cigarette smoker, which is against the rules.  It destroyed the fresh sea air.

The food was good, but cold sometimes, and the entertainment on board was excellent.  We took two shore excursions, and enjoyed both.  I highly recommend the Xcambo Mayan ruin if Progresso is a shore stop.  Overall, Carnival Triumhp was a great vacation!
