Horrible 2nd trip

Sail Date: September 12, 2015

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Balcony

Getting onto the ship sucked. Herded usIke a bunch of cattle. Stuck in a packed room with hundreds of people.. and left standing because only enough chairs for maybe 100. Seward franscisco sucked. Dirty dishes left for days and food on the floor left for days. Used the day befores towel creation again instead of making a new one. Lazy, rude, hard to find, just not as nice as our first cruise highly disappointed in him. Eggs we all Powdered and nasty, even the omelets. Yucky. Took over an hour to get a drink and had to ask 5 different people when we were in the hot tub. Our whole party had the dinner seating messed up. Which I fixed but then all our celebrations were messed up. Our extra money for a booking special never made it onto the sign and sail card. Asked seward for two days for an extra laundry bag so I could have laundry done. He left me a note that said to fit it all in one bag. Horrible horrible man
Came to celebrate my birthday and felt like I had to beg for everything. Very upset
Cabin / Stateroom
Room was way small for the price, love the balcony but it takes the footage away from the room
