The ship was old and very dated when we stepped into the elevator when first getting on the boat we saw cigarette butts on th floor and throughout our time we noticed areas that look very dirty. The staff looked busy and espacially the dining area but the hallways\, bathrooms\, resturants\, etc were a mess. The smoking was rediculous and walking from the casino to our dining area was horrible. What a poor layout to have to make non smokers walk through such terrible smoke.

We enjoyed our staff in the dining room and Henry was wonderful. The nightly dancing from the waitstaff was great! I basically ate appitizers and desserts because the main courses weren't very good. The steak was horrible.

we had a a balcony room and that was nice. we loved the towel animals and they cleaned the room regularly. We just wich is was a bit more updated and there were more tv choices.

Pros: the time off the boat on the beach in Cozemel

Cons: the whole environment and the pushed culture that was created by the director
