I got a lot of help when my car arrived late & close to boarding time & that was wonderful! The waiter was very friendly, helpful & did a great job of remembering people. A very good treat to warm weather @ Christmas time. A lot of good food could be found on board. A lot of activities were on board. The comedians were very funny! The entertainment options were plentiful.

Charging for soda is nit-picky nickel-and-diming. After Progreso, Mexico, a different country in the Caribbean would have provided more variety over the next port being Cozumel, Mexico. Having only 1 buffet/restaurant open on the morning of debarkation led to long lines for people trying to eat before they were called. It was very good that the first group to disembark was called w/in 15 minutes of the time scheduled in the time interval planned.

Very clean! The layout was very good. The TV was poorly located in an upper corner as an afterthought. The beds were very comfortable. The bathroom was plentiful. The closet & storage space was very good.

Ship Tip

Great food options everywhere, most of the time. Easy to get around most of the ship! The basketball "court" was very small. Exercise room? Too sweet lemonade, orange & guava-passion fruit juice & unsweet tea, coffee were the only free options. Charging for soda seems nit-picky & nickel-and-diming!

Home port & very familiar! The beaches are on the opposite side of the island. Too much old/abandoned bldgs. still near port.

Very nice! A lot to do there! The Mayan tour & beach lunch were great! The guides were great!

Not much different from Progreso (Merida). A different country would have been better!
