Triumph was a Great Value!!

You cannot beat the convenience of the Galveston Port if you are a Texas resident. From Dallas, it was a quick trip down; our room was on the Empress Level (7) which was the perfect location...2 floors from the Lido/ Pool/ Cafeteria level and 2 floors from the Promenade/ Casino/ Clubs level. The new finish on the Lido deck was great. We loved Guy Fieri's Hamburger Place and the new rum and tequila bars all poolside. All of the shows were great, but the New Orleans theme show on the last night was Wonderful...and great costumes! The cruise was a great couple get-away for our 28th anniversary. Late night comedians, magician, and burlesque shows were also very entertaining. You just can't beat the Value.

This port had really changed in 2 years; much more like the Cozumel port with markets next to the dock
