Almost great

Sail Date: October 01, 2012

Reviewed: 4 years ago

Traveled As: Large Group

Room Type: Balcony

Recently sailed on the Triumph. The ship was very clean. The staff very, very friendly and curtious. Our requests were met very quickly. The staff in the London dining room, late seating, were so sweet and attentive. You would have though we were the only ones dining at that time. The food left a lot to be desired. Not very good choices. Not very appealing.

Pros: activities\, entertainment\, espcially - Frank at the \"Big Easy Piano Bar\"\, Vaslov\, the Magician in the London dining room\, late seating. (he was wonderful). The shows were A One.

Cons: Food left a lot to be desired. The Golf excursion was a disaster. I have registered a complaint with Carnival\, and I was treated rudley by a member of the Guest Relations dept. \, a woman named :Toni. Very rude.

Recommends Carnival Triumph? No.
