A good cruise.

Sail Date: January 30, 2012

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Inside

The ship is a good ship but since going on much bigger ones it is really hard to go back down to a smaller one. Just forgot how much smaller the rooms were on this ship. We had cruised on this ship before and knew that they had upgraded but still nothing like the much newer ones. We were both "apauled" to hear that they would be having a FIRST for cruising with a midnight strip show! Nothing was said about this before coming onto the ship because we would not have even been on it. We still do not understand "why" they would just "add" something like this without telling their passengers first.

Pros: Food was good.

Cons: We had as always requested a large table for dining to get to know others but didn't get this time.

Recommends Carnival Triumph? Yes!

Ship Quality
The picture in our room had SO much dust on it that you could write your name on it. Everything was always in its place and was taken care of but there just needed to be some real "deep cleaning" to the room!
Cabin / Stateroom
Much smaller than the big ships but would do.
Service and Staff
Dining crew was very good. We never did see our cabin guy until the last day.
Entertainment
The entertainment was really good in the main lounge. Although the magicians were not real good at first very bad start but got it together at the end.
Food and Dining
Over all this ship has food like most ships. We were upset that we sat in a booth that the set had been worn so much that we went down a ways. And we had requested a large table to get to know other guests.
