5 Night Western Caribbean (Galveston Roundtrip) Sail Date: January 16, 2012 Ship: Carnival Triumph Cabin Type: Balcony Traveled As: Couple Reviewed: 6 years ago
Sailing on the Triumph was a wonderful experience from the time we arrived on board until we disembarked. Fog caused a 5 hour delay entering Galveston harbor upon return but the Captain and Cruise Director (Tex) kept us updated thoroughout the wait. The crew scheduled activitities during the delay and made the wait quite enjoyable.
Food and Dining
3 out of 5
When I made the reservations only the late dining was available. We decided to avail ourselves of the other dining options, buffet, grill, pizza, etc and while they were good they probably were not as good as had we gone to the sit down dining room.
