Review Summary

Departed an hour late, for no apparent reason, sailed straight into a tropical storm. I do not hold the cruise line responsible for that, however our time a sea was mediocre at best (Only because we can make our own fun) There were hidden charges for gratuity and a 20 dollar a day charge, for who knows what. The casino promises free drinks to anyone earning 1500 points (which would mean you will need to spend a full 24 hours playing slots) but doesn't credit you anything for spending thousands at the table games. The ship was understaffed and disorganized. Food lines were a minimum 30 minute wait, debarkation for excursions, 2 hours, int2erior phone lines took no less than 30 minute wait before someone answered. Staff was rude and slow and why not there 15% was preloaded:) Here's the best part after arriving back in New Orleans 9 hours late, they try herding us off like cattle. They caused such a jam, they closed the gateway, tried to reorganize, with no luck, everyone was forced to sit in hallways and decks with not so much as a good-by drink, while the crew and staff prepair the perfect ship for the next group. We departed the ship after 8 pm. Twelve hours late!!! Woohoo.....1 more hour getting through costoms .... Spent 3000$, a week off work. WE NEED A VACATION
