Almost every staff person we passed, smiled and said hello.

Ship Quality

The staff could have put more chairs out on the deck instead fo leaving them stacked up.

Great balcony room.

We took a taxi to a small, almost private beach, where we snorkled and ate at the beachside restaurant. This was perfect for us, as we don't care to take part in the big group beach, drinking parties.

We took the moutain biking and cenote snorkiling excursion. It was a wonderful experience. We got see and taste Mayan culture. I strongly recommend doing an excursion here, as the town itself doesn't offer much.

Pros: Very easy to board & debark the ship. Very well organized.

Cons: I can't think of a dislike.

Recommends Carnival Triumph? Yes!
