Not a Triumph

this ship had a good wait/service staff, but a poor cruise/customer service/officer staff. The overwhelming majority of comments we received as we talked with others on the ship was: "There isn't anything to do." Rules that are posted are not enforced, such as "no smoking" or "shirts on in the gym" or "drinking age", etc. Everyone did what they wanted where they wanted no matter who it bothered. Even when the security was notified they responded with: "There is nothing we can do." Many of the crew gave snippy answers to very basic questions as if they were bothered that you were bothering them with a question. This was my 6th cruise and by far my most disappointing.

Pros: Very good nightly entertainment

Cons: Not much to do during the day; poorly organized activities; poor ship design

Recommends Carnival Triumph? No.
