The ship needs some routine maintenance, as MANY lights are burned out on the track lighting and also the chandelier in the Reno Lounge. Ship was very clean and crew was excellent! The filet mignon was so tough you could not chew it and the lobster tails were very tiny and chewy, must have been frozen ones. Wish we could have just once been able to get a table for two in the London or Paris dining rooms. Always being shoved into a table of 8 strangers was not fun.

Pros: The crew was fantastic, always remembered our names!

Cons: Air-Link was not at JFK to pick up 46 of us. After MANY calls, they got us to the ship as it was about to sail at 4:00PM....

Recommends Carnival Triumph? Yes!
