What a great time!

Sail Date: February 09, 2008

Reviewed: 6 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Inside

This was our 7th cruise and 5th time with Carnival. I thought the ship was slightly worn, but clean. Every staff person was friendly and helpful. The food was good and plentiful. It was everything we expected.

Pros: Having dinner with the family.

Cons: Key lime pie wasn't served in the dining room

Recommends Carnival Triumph? Yes!

Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas
We parasailed and shopped at this port.
Grand Turk Island
The beach is great. The boys took a taxi downtown, but didn't think there was much to see or do there. My daughter & I went horseback riding on the beach - definately worth the money!
Don't Miss: Walk to the end of the beach area and pick up some of the conch shells to bring home.
San Juan, Puerto Rico
We did a walking tour and shopped. It was impressive how safe and clean these ports of call were.
Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island)
Beautiful beach. The food set up by the cruise line was great.
Don't Miss: Don't forget to use sun block!
