Many things did not go right:
Nobody called to ask if air travel was convenient to us. The airfare was unjustifiably high for a connection flight instead of a direct flight. Do not let cruise to arrange your travel to the departure city! You will save much of money and nerves doing it yourself.
Food was universally bad. The only decent dinner was served the very last day.
Poor information on land trips: no advise "to take your own towels", etc.
Loud drunks in hallway in the middle of the night and no security to redirect
All stand up comics were just pitiful.
It would be helpful to have dry cleaning on a ship.
On transfer from the airport shuttle to the ship an obnoxous porter was demanding tips, grabbing people, trying to arrange a line to give him a tip (!!) chanting "tipping happens here, tipping happens here"
Windows were cleaned in the middle of the last day at sea, so shades had to be closed, balcony locked right when it was the best time to enjoy the ocean view.
