Room Type: Balcony

Shipped sold out. Tons of children from all ages. Lots of graduations celebrated. Eighth cruise for us. Best dining room service we've ever received including Royal-Princess-Celebrity cruise lines. Dining room staff for our table was excellent. Balcony cabins had small balcony. Bathrooms seemed to be larger than normal. Multi-levels around pools allowed for many chairs to be available. Camp Carnival kept children occupied. Same type of entertainment as any other cruise. Waters were calm keeping ship movement to a minimum. Ports of call, Cozumel- party like atmosphere- decent areas to explore- Grand Caymen- beautiful- 7 mile beach- lots of construction for new condos and such- not the typical poor Caribbean Island- Ocho Rios- with the exception of Dunns River Falls and beach by the pier- not impressed at all- very poor and dirty. Buffet lines were long. Usually there are multiple lines for different types of food. Example would be a salad and fruit line seperate from the main entree line. This was not the case here, causing many long lines for food. Especially if all you wanted was a salad, you had to wait in line behind everyone else who was getting all items of foods. Plenty to do on the ship. Cruise staff was accomidating. Embarkation and Disembarkation were fine. Port of Miami is best to sail in and out of in my opinion. Disembarkation offered express. Meaning you carried your own bags off the ship. This allowed passengers to leave the ship as early as 7:15am. Nice touch for early flight possibilities. All in all a pleasant trip. You get out of your cruise exactly what you make of it.

Pros: Layout of the ship

Cons: Layout of the buffet line
