The ship was very clean. It was a beautiful ship to look at, and interesting to tour.

Pros: The extreme helpfulness of ALL staff

Cons: Having to pay extra for soft drinks

Recommends Carnival Triumph? Yes!

Children's Programs
My son loved the arcade. It kept him occupied. A few more games in the arcade would be nice.
Food and Dining
Every meal was outstanding. The buffets provided sandwiches my kids had never seen. My youngest son loved your pizza. Regarding soft driks, why not just charge everyone an extra 5 or 6 dollars per cruise, and just have the soft drinks on tap, similar to coffee and lemonade. Its a pain not being able to get a simple Diet Pepsi without having to go through the hassle of asking for one, showing my little card, etc.
Cabin / Stateroom
Service and Staff
Sara, our steward, was very friendly, and helpful with every question we asked. Our dinner waiter Armando was top-notch. The maitre'd was great. We loved the dinner performances by the dinner staff.
Ship Quality
It was a little tedious waiting for elevators, but that's nitpicking. The ship was great.
