5 Night Canada/New England (New York Roundtrip)
Sail Date: August 24, 2009
Ship: Carnival Triumph
Cabin Type: Inside
Traveled As: Couple

As stated above, the entertainment was excellent. Kevin and Caruso performed one of the best magic acts I've ever seen. The dancers were great and the singers were very good. Many things were broken on the ship and this made the limited activities even more limited. It was pretty much the game shows, trivia, and bingo. The excursions were fine and reasonably priced. The food was good as was the service.

Don't Miss: Peggy's Cove, the Maritime Museum

Pros: the entertainment was superb. Food was good

Cons: orbitz did not honor its' committment to give $150 shipboard credit per passinger. The ship had no duplicate bridge nor any bridge instruction. The golf simulator did not work. Hot tubs were shut down. Pools were small and shallow.

Recommends Carnival Triumph? No.
