The ship was clean, the staff average. However, the waitstaff could not have been better! Also, our room steward was helpful and friendly.
The ship was difficult to get around on. The entertainment was only average at best. Many nights, there was nothing more than kareoke.
Food and Dining

Food was average. Variety was poor. Did not see a midnight buffet that was for everyone. One of the midnight buffets took place pool-side, not in the dining room. Breakfast was exactly the same every day. No variety at all. Bacon was served by the staff, 2 or 3 pieces at a time. If you wanted more, they made you feel as though they could not afford more! Buffet lines were long and tiresome. Food was poorly laid out. Had to wait many times for food to be replenished, sometimes 5 minutes at a time! Would like to have seen more hand sanitizers throughout the ship. Dining room was very pretty. However, with a party of 8 that reserved 10 months in advance, I wonder why we weren't given a round table so that we could see one another and talk.

Very slim to choose from. Entertainment needs much improvement. Did not see the cruise director until the meeting for debarkation.

The staff was generally friendly. Our room waitstaff at dinner was fantastic!

Extremely hard to get around on the ship. To get to dinner, we had to go to one floor, walk to the other end of the ship and go down 2 more flights. Could not walk anywhere on the outside decks without back-tracking to go back into the same door. Forced to walk through the pool area for the buffet.
The "adult" hot tubs were not monitored, therefore taken over by youngsters. Also, they were in the area of the ship that serves pizzas and hamburgers,t herefore teens congregated. Awkward at best.
Cabin / Stateroom

Average room, but the room steward was always available when we needed him. Room very clean. Larger than normal bathroom. Lots of storage space.
Pros: Balcony, Cleanliness of room, Waitstaff at dinner
Cons: Very hard to get around on the ship, food only adequate, entertainment nearly non-existent.
