We booked it through a Third Party (Port Promotions) when we got of the ship no one could even tell us who we were booked with, we called up Port Promotions from Mexico they could not help us. Be wary of the tour description on Port Promotions Website they are not detailed, they mentioned Mayan Ruins but ended up showing a Mayan Light house by the sea. In short book through the ship, it is guaranteed and they are consistent.

Same experience here although I must admit the Tour Bus Driver was a very nice guy

Pros: Rooms are very clean, good food

Cons: Please book the Excusions through the ship and not through any Third Parties especially Port Promotions, you may save a few bucks but we had a bad experience and took the fun of our excursions

Recommends Carnival Triumph? Yes!
