The biggest dissapointment was Grand Turk. I thought we were going to get a day at a great beach spot. The beach at Grand Turk looks like a beach on the south shore of Jersey. I even cut myself on one of the many cinder blocks in the water (kinda funny). The most sickening part of it is that there was a pool with a Margharitaville attatched to it 15 feet from the beach. (When there is a pool 15 feet away from a beach, what does that say about the beach? hmmm :)

Food and Dining

Dining room food was good. The service was excellent. Lunch buffet was average but the deli was great. Long lines!.

Good casino, well done shows, fairly good night club.

Service and Staff

Cesar in the casino was awesome. Our wait staff was outstanding. Cruise directors were quite irritating.

Good theme.

Cabin / Stateroom

Our room attendant was attentive and good at his job. However, he didn't seem to be on the same schedule as us, as he woke us up several mornings.

Pros: The people...fellow passengers and most of the crew members.

Cons: Grand Turk, the lines, the embarkation process...

Recommends Carnival Triumph? No.
