Unlike other ships I have been on, not every floor has thru access. We found this a bit confusing at first. JiJis is an absolute must!

Study layout of ship, don’t depend on staff, be prepared to walk a lot, up and down steps since elevators are overcrowded and slow and often given misdirection by crew.

Need app to get table for dinner. They say no reservation but you must request table, a lot of confusion in dining during the whole cruise. Service was also lacking in Sunrise.
