This is my second time with Carnival. Overall it was a great experience all the cree members were friendly and amazing! The cruise director Mikey made the trip a lot of fun and entertaining every day! I would also like to shout out Coco he made every event so much more fun with his great outgoing personality and it was a pleasure to have met him. The shows and performers were all absolutely incredible.

The buffet and main dining unfortunately was not very flavorful and was not seasoned well. Jiji’s Restaurant was absolutely amazing! For both the taste and service I would give them five stars!

I attended a couple of the shows in the Liquid lounge. I also watched the band play just outside of the Red Frog Pub who were awesome! All the performances were incredible!

The service we received throughout the week was outstanding! From our wonderful room steward Jerry to our three favorite, very polite bartenders Louise, Wayan, and Inna to our fantastic waiters, Jake and Farhat who gave magnificent service the whole trip! We were absolutely pleased with everyone! We also had the opportunity to meet Katarina from the Java Blue Cafe who always greeted my family and myself with a great smile and conversation! We were also waited on by Putu and Fata in the dining room our last night who were great and had A very upbeat and fun energy making our last night A lot of fun!

I think the ships layout was nice the ship was a bit smaller than I am used to. However it was great because I can grab food or a coffee and go back to my room without walking a great distance.
Cabin / Stateroom

The cleanliness of our cabin was perfect and neat every day thanks to our wonderful room steward Jerry! He was very polite nice and a joy to see every morning.The beds however were quite uncomfortable and my husband and I had back pain the whole week.
Ship tip
Always get travelers insurance because you never know what may happen. I fell on the cruise and was unable to walk afterwards due to an injury in my knee and we did not have the insurance therefore the visit to the medical deck was not covered.
This was the only part of the trip that I was not satisfied with. It seemed very disorganized, chaotic and rushed. I was in a wheelchair during the disembarkation due to the fall that I took the day before. We were given 3 different instruction on where to go from 3 different people making it very frustrating to get around. The ship was packed with people outside of the elevators making it difficult to get around. We finally arrived to the correct spot in the liquid lounge but after waiting there for 20 minutes someone finally told us we needed to get checked in. After checking in another 30 plus minutes had passed and then the crew member just told everyone to leave. I was parked in the hallway of the lounge since it was pretty congested with people I could not wheel through. So when everyone was told to go there were many people running into my chair. I was also told that my husband was not allowed to wheel me off the ship so we waited for someone to become available. However the crew member told us that no one was coming for us, so my husband wheeled me off instead. It seemed rather pointless for us to be waiting in the lounge area for so long when we could have just waited with the rest of the people on deck 4 and gotten off much quicker. I hope that future carnival cruises the disembarkation will go a lot smoother.
