We went on a cruise with my entire family; I liked that we all had rooms next to each other and that there were many things to keep us entertained day and night. My parents and I did the nightly trivia at the Red Frog Rum Bar which was really fun. The Alchemy bar had tasty cocktails and I really enjoyed the pool area and wish it would have been warmer so that we could have utilized the other outdoor activities a bit more. The staff was amazing all around; there was never a time when I didn't feel like family; truly the best service from our nightly waitstaff and our room steward!! The only negative thing was that the cruise ship was one big hustle and bustle day and night, and people would literally push you out of the way to get to the buffet; not really my kind of relaxing experience. My other issue was the "pour your own beer" because it was kind of a scam, it literally charged you for cups of foam. You have a certain amount of seconds to pour the beer and it charges per ounce, and foam counts as ounces. Other than that, it was a great trip!

Food and Dining

The main dining rooms were great; fantastic service especially by our waitstaff, Ana Manzana and Probo Seesilo. They always made us feel really special and gave great service! The buffets were mediocre; I would have liked more fresh fruit options.

Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
I thought that the entertainment was really good; there was always some activity going on to keep us occupied. I liked the shows and the library bar where they had board games; I also really enjoyed the piano bar. I didn't get a chance to try many of the outdoor activities because of the weather but they seemed fun.

Service and Staff

Our room steward, Putrawan (Wan) was so attentive; the first night I asked for ice and he kept replenishing the bucket every single day. He always greeted us with a smile, remembered our names, and things about us, and made us feel welcomed and at home. He worked so hard and is really great at what he does!!
Ship Quality

I didn't like the hallway going from the pool deck (level 9) to the buffet area; it sometimes smelled liked a toilet. Other than that, all other areas were well maintained.
Cabin / Stateroom

We had a standard cabin and surprisingly it was larger than I had expected and also had a window. I was happy with the overall layout and din't feel cramped.
Ship tip
People told me that you don't get seasick on cruise ships because of how large they are; that is false! I always get seasick on airplanes and small boats and this was no different; bring the non-drowsy Dramamine. I spent quite a few uncomfortable evenings feeling sick.
We went to Paradise Beach; it was a more expensive cab ride than I had expected (approx. $33), however, once you get there it is $3 to get access to the pool and beach and $18 if you want to use the inflatables in the ocean (trampoline, slide, etc.) and have use of kayaks and paddle-boards. They also have a full bar and restaurant and poolside service and the service was exceptional. The pool was beautiful and the bathrooms were clean; we loved this place!
We did the zipline and cave tubing tour which was really fun, but it took us a long time to physically get to our destination. If you don't do a tour, there isn't much to see and you might as well stay on the boat.
I liked this port because we docked and you could literally walk to the beach area. We did the dolphin swim at Anthony's Key resort which was nothing short of amazing!!! I recommend the dolphin tour and then going to the beach afterwards; truly a unique experience!!
We only had a few hours at this destination and I would have liked to have been here longer. They had a pool right off the dock that appeared to be accessible to anyone. I can't comment on the city or excursions since we did not have time to partake in any activities.
Working in the entertainment business at an amphitheater the self pour beers taps are planned to be like that. Knowing a lot of people can not pour a good beer quickly and will get a lot of foam, yet they are stuck with it. Stay away.
