Review summary
This was our first 10 day cruise and we enjoyed every minute of it. If you stop in San Juan, PR, there are two free shuttles available downtown just across from the terminal. One trolley, the green line, makes a loop in the old part of San Juan shopping district, while the other makes a loop around all the old forts. I recommend both.
Cruise itself was great. Entertainment was the best we've ever seen on a cruise and the food seemed to be better than usual. We did the Chef's Table again and that's one event you should do. Also the behind the scenes tour was great and we got to see all the areas normally off limits.
The only negative was our room steward who kept telling us how busy he was. Dirty glasses didn't get replaced, bath mat would not always be left, and even when we placed the "cruising" sign on our door early in the morning, it would often be late in the day before our room was serviced. We actually only saw him on the first day but did talk to him on his phone. Maybe he was given more rooms than other stewards, maybe he had to fill in for someone missing, not sure what was going on but this was certainly not usual. Except for this the cruise was great.
