Review summary

Ask for early dining, received late. No one could/would help get this fixed. Tried any time dining, but when you have early/late you can't go there. Husband cut his arm on a door to the theater, crew member saw this, sorry, got him a band aid. Cut his lip on a broken glass rim in our room, room steward said, sorry. Mustered station took 45 mins. standing and 5 mins. to tell us what to do. The cruise was over booked, VIP'S, maybe they were the only ones to be taken care of. This was our 4th cruise with Carnival and our last!

Stewards should always leave papers for the next day's activities and make sure the room service papers are in the room. Really enjoy seeing what towel animals are in the room each night, but didn't receive any 3 nights. Also, they should check the glasses they leave and make sure they are not chipped!

A cruise can't be overbooked. Every guest has a cabin. Not sure what you mean by that?

Sounds like you guys wouldn't be happy anywhere maybe just stay home and complain and be miserable with each other!! No one wants to hear your sob stories there are positive people out there

None of what you mentioned is the fault of the cruise line. I'm afraid you will not be happy with the next one you decide to use either. I'm not purposely picking on you, just saying.

We are going on the Sunshine May 30th, second time cruising on her. Loved the first time and can't wait for this one. So glad you won't be there to complain, you make the problems your self.

Sounds like you are one of those complainers just to complain. Muster station always take forever because of the laws and regulations they have to follow. Plus ppl always are rude and talk when they are supposed to be quiet. Stick your husband in a bubble. The crew took care of him. Be thankful for that.

Why didn't you look at the glass before you drank out of it?when did you ask for the early dining? The reason for the long muster station is because some people are always late. They have to take a head count and they have to be sure everyone is there before they start.
