The Carnival Sunshine is a beautiful ship and we enjoyed it immensely. Unfortunately, this cruise had an outbreak of gastroenteritis which caused a great deal of inconvenience for many aboard. Carnival did a wonderful job containing the outbreak by instituting several health measures such as stressing the careful washing of hands and ensuring only servers handled the food. The Carnival-sponsored shore excursion to Little Tobago wildlife refuge should have indicated the activity level as high. Many of the people who were booked on this excursion were unable to participate at Little Tobago since it involved an arduous climb to the top of the island. The disembarkation was the most disappointing of our many cruises with Carnival. Bags were placed in an area that was not marked with our Priority 1 zone and it took 1-1/2 hours to locate the bags. This could have been remedied by clearly marking the baggage area.

Cabin / Stateroom
No complaints and Omar our cabin steward was wonderful.
