We had an issue with medical care that was received by our grandson on our cruise in February. We brought it to the attention of guest services immediately. They seemed genuinely caring and informed us that multiple people were being made aware of the issue. They sent a bag of goodies for our grandson to our stateroom along with a card. At this time still working on a final resolution with Carnival guest care.

Terrible job, there was always an hour long wait in line, they did not take complains seriously the staff was ill informed and could not resolve problems , their fire drill was a joke the crew was lost on what to do in an emergency
