We had a great time Cruise director was excellent

Staff was always friendly and amazing. James our waiter became like family.

Was never disappointed during this cruise and enjoyed the level of service we received. Staff was great throughout the entire cruise.

Cleanliness onboard is not a priority. No encouragement of handwashing. Cabin AC didn't work. Refrigerator in cabin didn't work. Food options not great. Entertainment OK --- cruise director motivated. Having said that, we enjoyed our week of sun & time away from work.

Ship was fine. Food was cold at times sides where cold in steak house. Smoke from casino took over the whole ship. Awful.

Overall great ship. Newly renovated. The only thing we didn’t care for was how serenity was set up compared to other ships I’ve been on. Outside of that everything was great!

It was overall a great cruise. Great value, great ports and great staff onboard.

I loved my entire experience. This was our first back to back. We did a 4 day prior to this 5 day. Carnival made the process of cruising on 2 sailings very easy. Our first disappointment was Guy's Pig and Anchor BBQ. I was not happy that there were no ribs. Our second was there was no change in the theater production show between sailings

Can’t wait to do another cruise! I love how you can stay busy or relax as much as you want. It is whatever you make it

This was a nice smaller cruise .. it was only five days but fun

Good ship, a little outdated. Rooms were nice and clean. It was difficult to get into the comedy shows.

I often cruise alone - I met so of the most beautiful people on this cruise. It was Superbowl LIV weekend and tons of fans enjoying the open seas

I enjoyed this sailing with my family and friends there is so much you can do onboard I heard the cruise director but we didn't see her.

Nothing was good, employees smiling was a rarity. To top it off our toilet pipe broke and flooded our bathroom took 20+ minutes to get them to fix it then they didn't clean it up.

In spite of the few things I listed above, I really enjoyed the cruise. Already thinking towards our next one. Highly recommended cruise, for the low cost. Great fun.

It was a good first cruise and a awesome experience. We only did one excursion at Nassau and I think that was the best idea ever. Princess cays was not really great but the water was choppy and cold. Grand Turk is awesome and definitely want to return
