We shall visit the Bahamas again however I would rather it be on a different ship.

Very nice and clean. Would like to have had more communication when we weren’t able to make our stop they just told us why but never followed up with anything else.

The only thing that dissapointed me was the 40 and over singles meet and greet , It was a nightclub experience which was ok, but no chance to meet a single .

It was a rough cruise. Quite a few people commented on the movement of the ship. There were a lot of college spring breakers onboard as well. We didn't realize college spring break started so early. We went in March. We missed Amber Cove due to the weather not letting us port. Once we got close to Nassau the water was smooth. I would go on Sunrise again.

Customer service staff not that friendly. Would never go on Carnival Cruise Line very again. Royal Caribbean all the way.

My mother said to not talk bad or negative about people or companies

The whole experience was amazing, I had promised to never go back on a cruise with carnival and I lied. Love it!

Crew was amazing. Rooms very small but clean. Trip was overall great. Sad we didn’t get to stop in Jamaica but carnival treated us well

We had a great time but I think next time I will go out of a closer port.

The cruise was fantastic overall! Not a fan of this ships layout. Not my favorite port I’ve been to. And disembarkation was the worst I’ve experienced.

JAMAICA PORT WAS CANCELLED.... Very upset that once we were on board we were told instead of waiting on clearance to Jamaica that instead we were going to mexico. No credit, nothing. I feel like they knew before hand. The food lines are always long. They are so unorganized and no one knows anything. First and last time on carnival

I had a overall great experience but I feel as thought Carnival should have told me before I left that we were not going to Jamaica ! They waited until we got on boat and were 3-4 into cruise .

I wouldn't exactly go looking for this ship to sail on however I wouldn't avoid it either

The food on the ship is okay. Not hot enough. Even in the dining room. The staff on board were very nice and helpful. They deserve every penny.

My second time on the Sunrise. Had a great time but looking forward to cruising on a bigger ship.

As I said in the beginning. Pros and Cons. Not enough Cons to keep me from going on another cruise! Carnival was fun and entertaining the whole time. If you like always having something to do, this is the cruise line for you. If you like relaxing on a quiet area of the deck... this is also the cruise line for you! My first cruise and not only the staff but majority of the other passengers were all super friendly. Met so many people from all over the US.

Love it all can’t wait to go again!!! It was my first cruise but definitely won’t be my last. We’ve already booked another cruise and thinking about booking another!!!!

Nice and relaxing, but to be honest Princess or Holland are better.

It was ok if it’s your first cruise. I’ve never been on carnival before. I’ve always done Royal and Norwegian. Entertainment music and are ok. Food was very good except I didn’t like that I had to purchase crab and lobster. Other cruises I’ve been on I didn’t have to, that was at least free for one night out of the cruise
