Very first cruise. Was expecting a better variety on the buffet. Guys Burgers were delicious. Deli sandwiches were AMAZING! STAFF WAS AMAZING! CD was the best

Best ever if this was our first cruise we would defiantly cruise again

I was highly disappointed in this ship and the staff over all. We were a large group who cruise regularly and love it - this one wasn’t great but a cruise is what you make it and we had fun

I have done many cruises in my life, this has been my first time with Carnival and the experience has been a bit disappointing, there was a lot of fuss everywhere and a lot of waiting for everything ...

Just got off the Sunrise this morning and we had a blast!!!! Ship and staff were beyond EXCELLENT and we were once again treated like royalty!!! Way to go Team Sunrise!!! Thank you for a FANTASTIC vacation!!!

It was a good first cruise and a awesome experience. We only did one excursion at Nassau and I think that was the best idea ever. Princess cays was not really great but the water was choppy and cold. Grand Turk is awesome and definitely want to return

Staff was always friendly and amazing. James our waiter became like family.

I enjoyed my carnival cruise because I was with family. But i would never travel on the Sunrise again. Way too many people, long lines

I HUMBLY APOLOGIZED TO MY FAMILY FOR PUTTING THEM IN THS CRUISE FROM HELL. SOME RESIDENT'S WERE SMOKIING WEED, IN THE HALL WAY, ON THE SHIP DECK, WITH NO SHAME IN THEIR GAME. CHILDRING RUNNING UP AND DOWN THE HALLWAY , PEOPLE GATHERING IN THE HALLWAYS, TALKING LOUD, SHOUTING.

On a scale of one to ten i give the cruise director Chris Williams a SOLID ONE & that's because someone decided to not have a live Rock or R&B Band. I give the violin and Guitar players a ten, but that wasn't enough entertainment. I give the cruise a Six out of Ten because Carnival security guards let groups of kids run up and down the Hallways all night using profanity and racial slurs. I know the fish shack could've made more money but those disrespectful kids ran off paying customers with their profanity and racial slurs and i know this from other cruise passengers telling me this.

We had a great time. The new decor is really lovely.

carnival never disappoints and this time didnt change. had a gorgeous time on a gorgeous boat.

Our cruise was awesome! Our 10 year old (first timer) didn’t want to get off the ship.

This was exactly the weekend getaway we were looking for. The Sunrise will not be my “go to” favorite ship, but it was certainly nice. We had very rough seas the first night...I felt bad for new cruisers. Didn’t bother us, but the North Atlantic is always a roll of the dice (or a roll of the ship....haha). Bermuda was great, but I’d definitely prefer to go longer the next time. 7 hrs just doesn’t do it justice. We had a great time.

Loved the cruise! The places were beautiful. With a group of 17, there was always something for everyone to do!

If I had known, we would be missing our last two ports (and would be spending the days at sea), I would have got off the ship in Canada and found my way home. My health is most important to me and spending 36 hours sick in bed was not my decision - it was made by the cruiseline. I saw people with their suitcases leaving our ship in Canada, didn't know then, they were making a great decision.
