Review summary

I was highly disappointed in this ship and the staff over all. We were a large group who cruise regularly and love it - this one wasn’t great but a cruise is what you make it and we had fun

The food was good as usual, however the service was awful simply because there wasn’t enough caring staff. I had to deal with the Main Dining Room staff on three different days (of a 5 night cruise) to address bad service or dining conditions

The design is awful - the ship is a narrow bodied ship and the new design is choppy and hard to navigate. I did not enjoy the ship and I’ve been on it 2 times before as the triumph and loved it

Awful - the port was a nightmare and there was no one around to direct anything. We were in line over 1.5 hours because people just moved where ever they wanted to
