Just so you know for your next cruise... When you book have the travel professional or the CS rep include in the special notes section that you wish for the Vegetarian Indian Menu. Though not true vegan as many of the preparations use honey or eggs and some may use fish broth at least it gives you more options. Almost every cruise line offers this "hidden" menu, though some will request that you order the meals for the next day after dinner each night.
