Had been a few years since we sailed out of Long Beach. Went smooth but for some reason closed parking lot and caused a major traffic problem.

Room stewards always do a great job but forgot to give us our free drink coupons. 🙁 Dining staff was friendly. People working around the pool were fun. When you saw fun crew on or off of the ship they were friendly.

Do lots of walking. We found lots of cool spots by just looking around.
Rented a van for our party of ten. Driver did a great job of showing us all of the area. Hit the rock divers, a beach, a market place. I have to admit I was concerned about this port but felt very safe.
Again rented a large van. Had an amazing day. Thank you carnival for staying longer at the ports. Made us not worry about getting to far from the ship. Nice van and he took us taquilla tasting, saw rock diving, could have zip lined, an excellent restaurant, and stopped downtown and s fun beach.
