Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Dining room was much better compared to buffet. They are fast and the food was hot, you can also have breakfast there

The Gold Pearl Restaurant

5 out of 5

Service, staff, and food 👍

Onboard Activities

Carvinal is a family based cruise. If you don't drink or gamble, entertainment is limited, TV show are awful.

Entertainment

Very few shows compared to other cruise lines. And one type on my cruise, 70's, 80's musical. Royal Caribbean had a variety and 4-5 shows on a 7 day. Carvinal had 3

Children's Programs

Cabin / Stateroom

Get your room on a floor with no children. Kids ran in the halls late night because parents weren't around. Sleeping was difficult and twin beds are smaller

Day spa and city tour offer for $35, presale $119. Wal-Mart is at this port can only see it by walking out to the streets. Good for your souvenirs ,carry all three ports and about 70% cheaper than the vendors
