We loved our Splendor Cruise. The ship was so enjoyable, we spent very little time in the ports. Instead we enjoyed the on-board activities and Cloud 9 Spa.

Volidymyr, our Head Waiter was outstanding. He was friendly, attentive, gave excellent recommendations. He remembered our drink choices the first night and had one ready when we sat down from then on. His Team Waiter, Pande Adhy , and Asst. Team Waiter were equally impressive. The fine dining experience was the highlight of our cruise.
Our Cabin Steward Arisara, provided incredible service. She greeted my wife and I by name, ever time we saw her. Our cabin was spotlessly cleaned twice a day, with the hallmark, folded towel animals. She learned our schedule and cleaned the room as soon as we left for our daily adventures.

We loved the Cloud 9 Spa Balcony experience. The thermal suite and spa services were outstanding. It was so positive, we are currently exploring new cruises that feature the Cloud 9 Spa experience. It was well worth the price of the upgrade!

We were mobbed by street vendors and taxi drivers. The whole shopping experience is not as fun. We do not drink alcohol and most of the excursions are center around alcohol. We have been to Mazatlan multiple times, so we mainly shopped for gifts for our children and grandchildren.
The wait to get in the cruise terminal was over an hour in line, after our luggage number was called. Once finally in the terminal, everything went very fast. The porters were excellent!
