Due to Hurricane Irma, we were rerouted to a Western Caribbean itinerary, sailing to Cozumel, Roatan and Belize. Our 6 day cruise ended up being 11 days. For some this may have been a problem, but since we had not been to the Western ports before, it wasn't an issue. Staff and ship officers kept us safe, entertained and well taken care of for the whole time. Loved it.

Very quick. We had FTTF and it was worth it. Only about 15-20 minutes from cab to stateroom.

Very good service, great variety. Buffets were busy but lines weren't slow. We had anytime dining at the Black Pearl, and the longest we waited to be seated was 5 minutes or less. Food was delicious, with a good selection of appetizers, entrees and desserts.

Pools were clean, lots of room. Plenty of deck chairs. Entertainment in open areas was great

Shows were fast paced and exciting. Poolside movies were great. Piano bar (Jacob) was wonderful. Musical acts in the lobby and the El Morocco were awesome. Dance music very enjoyable and vocalists had a wide repertoire

Had no children with us, but have to say there were not many children on the cruise.
Service and Staff

Waiters were very responsive to every need. Food was served hot and steaming, drinks were replenished quickly (even water).
Room Steward was friendly and always seemed to be nearby. Room was very well kept, all our needs were taken care of.
Room Service staff were friendly and very fast to deliver food. It Always arrived fresh, and delicious.
Ship Quality

Maintenance and cleaning staff were everywhere, constantly polishing and tidying up. A well kept ship. Layout was good once you got your bearings.
Cabin / Stateroom

2 twin beds and a sofa bed served the needs of 3 people well. Lots of closet space, hanging, shelves and drawers. Bathroom had several shelves for toiletries. Steward kept things very clean and replenished towels and other necessities very quickly.
zTerrific attitude! Glad you were able to accommodate, and enjoy the extra days added onto the cruise. Bonus - you were able to explore strange new countries!
