I went on this same trip (in the same ship) two years ago. Again, most people were very friendly, the shows (although almost the exact same ones as last time) were still entertaining, and there were a couple events with free drinks. However, there were some dirty spots in the room and everywhere else in the ship (i.e. smudges, sticky spots, tagging scratches in the elevator); some of the staff on board looked tired, annoyed, or somehow not in a good mood; and it seemed that WAY TOO MUCH food is wasted.

Pros: The Tandoori station was AMAZING!!!!!

Cons: A little dirty, very family oriented (so don't go on this one if you want some piece and quiet)

Recommends Carnival Splendor? Yes!
