This ship is huge! You cant anticipate how large these ships are in pictures. We were first time cruisers and we loved it. Had a great time and were very impressed with the food, service and cleanliness. We had a great time and would do it again tomarrow!

Pros: Service, Food, Relaxing time

Cons: Cabo San Lucus...too many people

Recommends Carnival Splendor? Yes!

Food and Dining
Something new everynight to try. A great variety for adults and teenagers. Deserts were great and even something sugar free or low sugar for my husband who is diabetic.
Service and Staff
Got to know us by name and always quick with a smile. very professional and attention to detail.
We went to the comedy shows and the on board theater show which were fun after dinner. Lots to do for everyone. We are not casino or bar people so that was not of interest for us, but the options were there if we wanted.
Ship Quality
Cabin / Stateroom
Loved our room. Service was great and sometimes was cleaned up to 3 times a day.
