Service and Staff

We had a upper management staff member basicly make me say please to get a number for disembarkation at cancun. She didn't like my tone of voice.

Ship Quality

3 out of 5
The ship was clean, as you would expect.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Clean

Pros: The main dinning staff and room attendants were very nice.

Cons: Every free activity ( ping pong, mini golf , basketball court ) were overrun by kids. We couldn"t use any of these spaces.
