7 Night Mexican Riviera (Los Angeles Roundtrip)
Sail Date: November 20, 2011
Ship: Carnival Splendor
Cabin Type: Inside
Traveled As: Family (older children)

The ship is beautiful and very clean. It was very crowded, Thanksgiving week. Getting on the ship was a very long drawn out process. Lots to do on the ship and they still go to 2 ports. Crew is friendly, helpful and attentive. Food is ok and lots of it.

The tender process to get to port could be better organized.
Don't Miss: We went Zip Lining with Wild Canyon and had an amazing time. Pelican beach is great for inexpensive snorkling.

Easy on off ship
Don't Miss: We did the Dolphin Adventure at the water park and had a blast. Swimming with the Dolphins was great, the water park is nothing special.

Pros: Lots to do, great ports, fantastic staff

Cons: Very crowded, long lines
