The Carnival Splendor is good for family cruise. If you love to cruise without too many children, the Splendor is not for you.

The ship layout is very confusing. There is no deck that can go though the whole ship. Bad layout makes it very difficult to access the dinning room and other public areas. I love pink, so the very pink of the ship is not really bother me.
Cabin / Stateroom

Even though, the stateroom is very tiny. however, it's has a good layout. If you are 200lb or more. you have to walk side way in and out from the bathroom and the front door
