/Carnival failed to provide details about formal dress code causing my family to miss two full nights of events including dinner.

In additional to our distress, the Splendors Captain crashed the cruise ship against Puerto Vallartas harbor causing significant damage to the ship. As a result, we were not able to depart as scheduled forcing us to skip our second stop (Mazatlan ) This was rather an inconvenience and unquestionably not acceptable.
