Trip was OK

Sail Date: December 01, 2009

/Carnival failed to provide details about formal dress code causing my family to miss two full nights of events including dinner.

In additional to our distress, the Splendors Captain crashed the cruise ship against Puerto Vallartas harbor causing significant damage to the ship. As a result, we were not able to depart as scheduled forcing us to skip our second stop (Mazatlan ) This was rather an inconvenience and unquestionably not acceptable.

Pros: Food, Ship and overall service

Cons: Priceline/Carnival failed to provide details about formal dress code. The Splendors Capitan crashed the cruise ship against Puerto Vallartas harbor causing significant damage to the ship. As a result, we were not able to stop at Mazatlan which was rather an inconvenience.
