We went to mexico and they didn"t let us off the ship do to the swine flu. They took the ship to San Francisco which nobody was dressed for. 50 degrees and rainy with flipflops really doesn't go together that great. Carnival didn't refund us any money but are port charges which is basically a spit the face. We were out six thousand dollars on a cruise to nowhere. It would be nice if they would have given us some kind of credit for another cruise.
