thw worst cruise I have ever been on
Carnival Spirit Cruise Review to Hawaii
Review SummaryThis ship had no spirit! You could not figure out that you were in Hawaii when you got on the ship. No flowers no free tropical Hawaiin drinks either. Poor Carnival travel arrangements for able bodied and handicapped passengers at the airport to the ship.. Mass confusion by carnival employees. Old silk flower son the main bar didn't even match. Again poor meat quality. Expensive shore excursions who told you how sorry that they were that the waves were higher in the winter. Again misleading shore excursions, you really thought that you paid to see a real pineapple plantation, not just a store. Also what's the sense of going to Maui on one side of the island just to move to the other side and pay transportation back to the first port from the second port? After all don't we all want to be docked on Maui with oil tankers and cargo ships, and walk 2 miles to a store. Should spend 2 days in one pretty port. The cruise director was really forcing herself all the time, she was so fake. The shows were so..so. Our cruise ended differently than most with an early arrival to Mexico...That means we had to start getting off the ship at 4:30 am...You heard me right! Our buses were a disaster border crossing, late planes stolen luggage ,walking across the border so on and so on. The employees of Carnival denied working for them in Mexico so thank God we had some cell phones to call Carnival direct. What did we get for all our trouble..A pittance sum 3 months later!
Pros: the effort of our room steward
Cons: the total lack of spirit! being made to leave the ship at 4:30am
