The cruise director (Stu) and his staff as well as the Maitre D (Mr. V) and his staff were absolutely engaging at all times. If you didnt have a good time on this cruise, you were dead!!! One suggestion for Carnival, there are cabins for which guests pay a premium to have extended balcony on the 8th deck which are DIRECTLY below the Lido deck where a very loud dance party is held one night of the cruise into the wee hours. If you're not night/dance fans, it sounds like the ceiling is coming in and sleep is impossible until after 1:30am. Acapulco is great, lots of sightseeing and great shopping, Zehuateneho also awesome. Manzanilla not so much. Very young tourist areas with long drive to get there.
