I would appreciate a refund for some of inconvenience during my stay. Someone should have contacted me by now about all my complaints
Embarkation
2 out of 5
Slow and unorganized
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
2 out of 5
Food was always cold! The air conditioner was turned down so low you were freezing every night and could not enjoy your meal. But crew servers did there best.
Onboard Activities
2 out of 5
Karaoke every same rooms not big enough to accommodate how many people wanted to attend. Djs played the same songs over and over again. Carnival is the only cruiseline I have been on where children are so unsupervised and running a muck constantly. Activity areas for children always empty it’s was a shame the children took over every adult event
Entertainment
2 out of 5
Same songs same performances by the 3rd day it was a drag
Children's Programs
1 out of 5
I didn’t have a child on the cruise personally but children were everywhere not being supervised cussing, yelling, and being rude taking over all the adult events. The children areas were always empty
Service and Staff
3 out of 5
Rupa was ok she only made us 2 towel animals after a request on a 5 night stay. The 1st day when I learned that the luggage service had damaged my luggage and tore 2 wheels off they were so rude about giving me instructions on how to report the problem
Ship Quality
1 out of 5
Terribly outdated. Floor E smells of mildew. Ship needs renovation badly. It should stop sailing immediately
Cabin / Stateroom
2 out of 5
Rupa was never around to let the pull bed down and there was nights we slept in chairs sad. Called stateroom steward he would always say he would be there in 30 minutes only to never show
Ship tip
Go on a Royal Caribbean cruise carnival has yet to address my complaints
I agree with what was said. You actually just sound like a drama queen. Yet another person who plays let's complain about stupidity and expect compinsation for acting like a fool. Next time do your research and learn for once.
GM...Some of the things she said is true however I been on several carnival cruise and Im going on the Magic in January...I was on the Sensation a few months back sailing from Miami and it did have ups and downs.. For me embarkation was great i went during my check in time and was on the ship in less than 30mins... The food was great and hot however I had late dinning and the service was slow... it took well over 2 1/2 hours to get though dinning and I showed up on time at 8pm...I stop going after night 3... Activities and Entertainment was good I had the drink package so I was pretty much happy the whole time..LOL..there was not many children.. I cruise when school is in...Room service and staff was great...The boat itself was not as nice as some of the other carnival ships I been on..But it was clean...You may want to check out the life of the ship before booking that way you will no if its a newer or older ship...Port stops was fine..I booked my excusions in the fun shop before sailing this maybe a good tip for first time cruisers...this way you will avoid having your favor excursion sell out on you...Over all the good out weighted the bad...I been cruising with carnival since 2002 The Sensation is not at my top of the list for one of my best carnival cruises but I still had a great time...
Sounds like you Are only Complaining to get some sort of refund. I will bet you that RC had the same issue with the weather as Carnival. And if you don't want kids around, choose a time when school is in session.
It sounds like someone didn't READ up about the cruise they were going on beforehand. I hope when I go on my first cruise that I will bring a more positive attitude....it goes a long way!
This is my opinion of Carnival Cruise Lines I believe Royal Caribbean is Elite and top notch from my previous cruise experiences and trust I didn’t list them all. Reading is fundamental and I suggest you try it before you try me good day no negativity vibes about my opinion this way!!!
