Review summary

One of the crew members was ill on day 2 of cruise so had to turn ship around and did not go to Cozumel carnival did switch things so we could go to Nassau Bahamas then final night there was a small fire that caused smoke damage and we were evacuated from our room along with about 2 or 3 other floors at 3:00 a.m. it was poorly handled there were very few crew members around telling people what to do and no hats or vests like they say during your muster drill.

Staff was extremely friendly but I feel the ship as a whole was understaffed. Getting served at the bars was sometimes near impossible and some areas of dinning room the service was poor. We did anytime dinning.

First time in ocean view, we usually stay in balcony. There was no couch in room but was a decent size. The only complaint I have was that the window was so filthy you could not see out clearly to enjoy the view, but we did not feel movement in the boat.

Did not do excursion just walked out. Enjoyed not being asked every 2 feet if you need a cab.
