Very pleasant thanks to your cruise personnel;
Horrible embarkation, rude personnel
Extremely small cabins, to the point that you don't want to go back to that ship, Victory has better acomodations
Embarkation
1 out of 5
Terrible, we were given a time schedule to embark from 2-2:20pm
Upon our arrival, we were told that the baggage handler personnel only work until 2:00pm
and that we had to carry our bags; imagine such news for lady's between ages 70-79
If your cut off time for carrying the guest bags is indeed at that time, it's beyond my comprehension why
then embarkation time is given 1/2 hour after; also your personnel there were very rude and disrespectful to the maximum
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
5 out of 5
Excellent, Mila and Ivan from the dining room fantasy
we're excellent from beginning to end and went way far their call of duty to make our stay a pleasant one
and forget the terrible ordeal of our terrible embarkation ordeal
Onboard Activities
5 out of 5
Went to the back of the kitchen, meet the chef, it was a very nice experience
Everything was spotless clean
Entertainment
5 out of 5
The shows we're excellent
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
The steward from our cabin E 132, which I'm sorry to say don't remember his name, gave us a more than superb service, he is a true gentlemen in the way he treat the passengers, the cleanes that he keeps and his williness to please us
I have to say that the personnel in general in all areas of the ship were very courteous and gave excellent service to everyone, and only because of them, we might consider traveling with your company again

Cabin / Stateroom
1 out of 5
After going in over 50 cruises with carnival it was terrible to see what had happened to the cabins,
They are made for very little people not normal size, the one thing that carnival had that was great big cabins, no longer is; our toilet wouldn't flush the very first night and it room more than 2 hours to be fixed, other 4 more cabins next to one another and us, had the same problem
Ship tip
Make your cabins the same size they were before,
Have better trained personnel in the embarkation department
Make sure you have personn to help with the baggage upon the embarkation time that you give
Unfortunately the sensation which is Carnival's oldest and smallest ships they offer. Fantasy class. May have to pick a ship a little bigger and newer. That usually helps across the board when choosing a cruise.
