The customer service on this ship was poor.  Everyone looks depressed and unhappy.  One worker made my daughter leave the buffet line when there were others in front of her and said it was closed.   Buffet food was terrible.  Lines were a mile long for the omelet station.  Based on this experience I will never cruise in Carnival again.
