Very Nice Cruise-New respect for Carnival

My wife and I went on the 3 day cruise on 2/21/2016 to Nassau Bahamas.  Although we'd been to Nassau 4 times previously, we wanted a break from reality and this cruise best fit our time frames work wise.  My expectations were low and I was gladly surprised by this cruise.  From check in to disembarkation, all pleasant experiences.  I always thought of Carnival as a "Party Ship" for younger people (we are in our 50's), they had something for everybody.  Great comedy shows, friendly crew and cabin attendants, dining staff, customer support service people we the best I've ever seen.  The food selections were very good, something for everybody.  Another review I read was the breakfast was a little disappointing, eggs tasted fishy.  But there were more selections, enough to satisfy.  My wife had a complaint about the common bathroom in the pool area which had broken locks on the stalls and not enough nearby the pool.  My only issue was the waiters constant asking if we had drinks or wanted drinks.  Within a 10 minute span, I was asked if I needed a drink (alcohol) 5 times.  A bit much.  Otherwise it was a great cruise, the Music Trivia game was loads of fun and laughs (thanks Mat-our Cruise Director).  Even got a Carnival Trophy for participating in the 80's Trivia night. Still a great time and great value! And it was nice to be on Sensation for the final voyage out of Port Canaveral.Big Smile
